Summary

Experienced (hands-on) Commercial Roofing Foreman with 5+years experience to perform work in several of our regions throughout the United States.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing installation, repairs, and maintenance of low-sloped  systems including TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM (5+ years experience, preferred)

  • Operating a Leister welder and propane torch

  • Performing work in accordance with the scope of work, warranty specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards

  • Creating client reports via tablet

  • Supervising, training, and directing crew members effectively

  • Communicating with management regarding crew and project efficiency i.e. delays, issues, personnel problems, adjustments to the scope of work

Job Requirements

  • Traveling out of town up to 4 weeks at a time both regionally and nationally

  • Working in intense weather (heat and sub-zero), tolerate moderate levels of noise, and encounter wildlife

  • Performing essential roofing job activities: heavy lifting (50 lbs), twisting, bending, use of both hands and arms, kneeling, squatting, standing and/or walking for long periods, and climbing ladders and/or scaffolding

  • Operating a Leister hot air gun effectively

  • Operating a propane torch safely and effectively is not required, but a definite plus

  • Operating a smartphone and tablet (generating reports, uploading receipts, communicating via email)

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is not required, but a definite plus


Summary

Responsible for supporting the Foreman/Journeyman by performing maintenance and repairs of low-slope roof systems, in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, in several of our regions throughout the United States.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using various hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, pliers, metal snips, knives, caulking guns, etc. 

  • Assisting the Foreman prepare the job site with tools and material

  • Keeping the job site clean from waste 

Job Requirements:

  • Traveling up to 3 to 4 weeks at a time, both regionally and nationally

The Field Advisor provides roof maintenance and consulting to owners and/or facility managers in several of our regions throughout the United States.

Job Responsibilities

  • Small repairs of low-sloped roof systems including TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM.

  • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.

  • Responsible for final job quality.

  • Completing all reporting documents to provide to clients via tablets, smartphones.

  • Make recommendations to the Training and Development Supervisor.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities

  • High School degree or equivalent

  • Valid Driver’s License (Company vehicle provided)

  • Must be able to operate a smart-phone and tablet.

  • Basic/advanced trade experience a plus

  • Must present and communicate (written and verbal) professionally

  • Must be self-motivated, hard worker and ready to manage a fast-growing territory.

  • Must be willing to travel overnight (out of town) up to 2 weeks at a time
