Meet Rafa Rivera
Since joining RoofingSource in 2017, Rafa has grown from a Journeyman to a trusted Production Foreman, leading crews and delivering high-quality work on job sites across the country.
“I’ve learned so much here,” Rafa shares. “RoofingSource gave me the chance to grow, travel, and bring my own crew members into the company, friends I’ve known since I was a kid in Puerto Rico.”
For Rafa, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is the flexibility. He values being able to work in the U.S. for extended stretches and then take time to recharge with family back home in Puerto Rico.
Outside of work, Rafa is always on the move, riding motorcycles, exploring new places, checking out new restaurants, and enjoying the beach with his family.
He credits RoofingSource for giving him the tools, training, and trust to lead, and for surrounding him with a team that’s built for success.
Today, Rafa continues to grow as a leader, helping others find their path in roofing while staying rooted in the values that matter most: teamwork, family, and opportunity.

Meet Marcus Brazzle
Marcus joined RoofingSource in 2024 and hit the ground running as a Service Foreman, where he travels the country installing complex repairs, bringing high standards to every job.
“What I love most is the opportunity to travel and see parts of the country I might never have experienced otherwise,” Marcus says. “There’s always something new to learn, and I’ve grown so much because of it.”
Marcus thrives on structure and support, both of which he’s found in abundance at RoofingSource. With strong guidance from his managers and steady backing from the office team, he’s been able to take on challenges, lead effectively, and continuously sharpen his skills.
Outside of work, Marcus is happiest outdoors whether hiking, kayaking, or spending time with his wife and kids. Those shared family moments, he says, keep him grounded.
He’s especially proud of being recognized for his strong work ethic and leadership. “That acknowledgment pushes me to keep giving 100%,” he says.
Marcus continues to lead with focus, integrity, and a drive to grow both personally and professionally at RoofingSource.

Meet Gabriel LaSanta
Gabriel has been with RoofingSource since 2017 and currently serves as a Quality Control Manager, after beginning his career with the company as a Foreman.
“RoofingSource trusted me from the beginning,” Gabriel says. “They helped me develop skills with different roofing materials and exposed me to new types of projects in places I never imagined visiting.”
A lifelong sports fan, Gabriel brings the same dedication and energy he shows on the basketball court into his role at RoofingSource. He takes pride in leading by example and helping maintain the high standards RoofingSource is known for.
He’s especially proud of how far he’s come and encourages others to recognize the value and career opportunities within the commercial roofing industry. “For anyone looking to break into the roofing field,” he says, “RoofingSource is a great place to start and achieve your goals.”
Today, Gabriel continues to build his leadership while mentoring others, helping elevate quality standards, and representing the company with confidence and pride.
What I Love About RoofingSource:
The thing I enjoy most is that no two days are ever the same. One day I might be chasing down a leak for a client, and the next I could be installing a GreaseCare system. I also enjoy getting to meet new people on the job—it keeps things interesting and makes every day feel like a new challenge.
How I’ve Thrived at RoofingSource:
What’s helped me grow the most is having the space to learn and knowing that I’ve got a whole team behind me. Even on long, tough days, I feel supported. That kind of encouragement pushes me to keep improving.
How RoofingSource Has Helped Me Grow:
When I first started, I didn’t know much about roofing at all. But now, I have a solid understanding of the systems and the work. The job also keeps me sharp mentally—problem-solving every day—and physically active out in the field. It’s been a full-circle kind of growth, and I really value that.
Proudest Achievement:
Being named Field Advisor of the Month was a huge moment for me. It showed that hard work really does pay off, and it motivated me to keep pushing toward my next goal.
Meet Abraham Gonzalez
Abraham joined RoofingSource in 2025 as a Service Foreman, stepping into a Foreman role with a focus on consistency, attention to detail, and team coordination.
“Getting started with RoofingSource has been smooth,” Abraham shares. “From day one, I had the right tools, training, and support to succeed.”
Originally from Gadsden County, Abraham is passionate about spending time outdoors and hitting the golf course when he’s not on the job. He’s especially grateful for the balance his role allows giving him time to work hard and still enjoy moments with family.
While he’s just getting started, Abraham is determined to grow and make the most of his journey at RoofingSource. “I know I still have more to accomplish,” he says. “But I’m proud of how far I’ve come, especially learning to adapt to new challenges, like roofing in the cold!”
With the right foundation in place, Abraham is focused on leveling up his skills, growing as a leader, and continuing to build a future he’s proud of.

It’s been amazing to witness and be a part of the company’s growth. Since I have started we have tripled the size of our Service team.We’re always evolving, improving, and adapting to meet new challenges.

RoofingSource gave me the chance to pursue my dream career—working with cutting-edge tech and flying drones. I’ve had the opportunity to pioneer the use of technologies like thermography, 3D modeling, and orthomosaics.
More About My Journey:
I started as a Junior Field Advisor and moved to Field Advisor. With my IT background, I offered to help the IT Director, Anton, with tech tasks. That small offer turned into a career shift. Now, I help lead our systems development—integrating tools that keep us competitive and improve internal and client experiences.
How RoofingSource Has Helped Me Grow:
I’ve gained invaluable experience in business operations and problem-solving. The shift from managing people in a previous job to building tools for the entire company has been a huge step forward for me professionally.
Proudest Achievement:
Helping build out major systems and safety tools—like our emergency vehicle alert system, which enables real-time response and driver communication within seconds. We’ve come a long way, and I’m proud to be part of that evolution.
Tyler Fendley
Current Role: Field Supervisor
Gustavo is a car fanatic and former mechanic who loves working with his hands. When he’s not working on cars, you can most likely find him playing soccer with friends. Beginning at RoofingSource with no prior experience, Gustavo quickly earned his stripes as a valuable member of the field team. He currently covers the Illinois territory and has traveled across the country to assist with projects.
What have you learned throughout your experience of working with RoofingSource?
I’ve learned that hard work pays off and you can only succeed if you put in the work. I started at RoofingSource with zero experience in roofing, but I asked questions and put in the work to get where I am now.
What defines RoofingSource's working culture?
People are friendly. It sounds cheesy but, RoofingSource is like a family and everyone has your back. My supervisors are accommodating and truly care about me and my development.
Is there anything else you would like future RoofingSource job candidates to know?
In the beginning, it may seem difficult to learn a new trade. However, if you try your best and ask for help, someone is always willing to assist. You’re never alone and your skills will develop over time if you put in the reps.
