GreaseCare is a fixed-price maintenance service that safely contains rooftop ventilator grease output. The program includes the installation of all containment system equipment and scheduled visits. GreaseCare ensures compliant grease disposal, eliminates the liability of having in-house staff handling grease while on a ladder and reduces the chance of a grease-related fire. The service includes:

  • All materials, installation and the scheduled removal of rooftop grease

  • Upon enrolling, a grease containment system is installed in each grease output unit. Scheduled routine visits are performed by your Field Advisor which includes replacing the absorbent inserts, or "pillows," that safely collect the excess grease. This service includes digital reports including, before and after photos, safety recommendations, and a general survey of the rooftop.

  • GreaseCare helps prevent rooftop grease fires, membrane degradation, and pest aggregation. Grease on the roof membrane can lead to structural issues as grease can erode the roof causing water to get in. Unaddressed malfunctioning rooftop exhaust fans can lead to a fire on the roof.
