Frequently Asked Questions

Does RoofingSource accept credit cards and is there a fee associated with credit card payments?
Yes we accept credit cards and there are no fees associated with credit card payments.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes! We do.
Can I pay for multiple locations at once in one payment?
Yes. When completing payment please list the corresponding invoice numbers you are paying, separated by a comma.
Do we take ecard payments (virtual credit cards)? Where can I email you my temporary card info to initiate the payment?
Yes, we also accept Ecard payments. You can email your card info and the invoice info you are completing payment for to billing@roofingsource.com.
Can RoofingSource process an ACH payment where the bank account is processed from RoofingSource’s end?
No, we cannot process payments in this manner from our end.
