Third-party damage is not covered by your manufacturer's roofing warranty, but this damage is covered by RoofCare. Even if you have a roof warranty, manufacturers typically require an annual inspection to keep the warranty valid. RoofCare provides an annual inspection to keep businesses compliant with their roofing manufacturer warranties.
-
Once we arrive on site, we typically spend 3 to 4 hours performing services. We'll start with an initial inspection inside the building. If any ceiling tiles appear damaged, we'll move them to inspect the area above. Next, we'll access the roof to make necessary repairs. Before we leave, we'll check out with the manager on duty. There is no disruption to day-to-day business operations. Roof access is required, but there’s no need for heavy equipment like cranes or lifts so the service can be performed at any time of the day.
-
Once you're enrolled in RoofCare, the typical turnaround time for a roof leak repair is 24 to 48 hours.
-
You and your team will receive an email report containing before/after pictures and overview of service completed. Additionally, you'll have access to a client portal where you can review all the completed work from past visits at all of your locations.
-
Combine GreaseCare and AirCare with RoofCare to allow for cost savings, risk reduction, fire prevention, and longer-lasting roofing membranes.
