AirCare is a fixed-price service of scheduled maintenance and repairs of heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance and maximal efficiency. Routine tune-ups of HVAC/R units, optimize energy efficiency and prevent interruptions to business operations. The service includes:
- Routine holistic inspections of HVAC/R units (e.g. panel doors are secure, coils are clean and the thermostat is calibrated)
- Replacement of filters if on-site
- Cleaning of p-traps, condenser drain pans, evaporating coils and condensing coils
- A detailed digital report with before/after photos
- Actionable recommendations to reduce rooftop risk

Once enrolled, a full-time, W-2 employee will be dispatched to perform routine preventative maintenance services either quarterly, biannually or annually. Clients can schedule the service at a time that suits their business. The RoofingSource professional spends approximately three to four hours on-site inspecting the rooftop and performing the AirCare service.

An exhaustive inspection of each HVAC/R unit including confirming all parts are secured properly, cleaning and ensuring calibration of the thermostat. If filters are on-site, we will replace necessary filters. We will clean all p-traps, condenser drain pans, evaporating coils and condensing coils. Lastly, the RoofingSource professional will survey the entire rooftop looking for possible risks and items that should be brought to the client’s attention.

The detailed service report is emailed within 24 hours of the service. You can select the individuals within your organization to receive these.
