The nucleus of all national operations within RoofingSource. It’s located in Niles, Illinois, and features modern workspaces and a cutting-edge training facility. Providing an optimal environment for productivity and professional growth, it is home to the Facilities, Finance, HR/People, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams.

Marketing & Sales

The Marketing and Sales team are responsible for promoting our brand and establishing meaningful connections with current and prospective clients. They help businesses with their rooftop management strategy and advise them on ways to save money and reduce their organization's risk.

Finance

The Finance team completes tasks such as processing payroll, managing expense reports, and overseeing purchases. They ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and adhere to company policies, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.

HR/People

The HR/People team is dedicated to cultivating the growth of our Field and Office team and providing unwavering support for the ongoing development of our staff. They aim to foster an environment that encourages continuous learning and career development.

Operations

The Operations team supports our field team as they provide best-in-class service to our clients. They operate behind the scenes, diligently coordinating to deliver flagship services and execute large-scale projects. Their efforts are instrumental in ensuring smooth and uniform service across the country.

Facilities

The Facilities team is an essential foundation of all RoofingSource activities. The Facilities team ensures that Field team members receive essential tools and materials swiftly, while also maintaining the training facilities and offices while supporting all shipment operations and inbound fleet activities.

Technology

The Technology team is at the forefront of advancing our day-to-day operations and ensuring that we stay up to speed with cutting-edge technology. They work tirelessly to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across our organization.

The Day In The Life of a
Service Coordinator

8:00 AM

Greet the team and start the day. Reply to emails, check the weather in areas that require service, and help Field Advisors begin their workday.

9:00 AM

Career Development check-in. Arrange a meeting with one of your recent hires to assess their progress on the job and identify any areas where they can improve or grow.

9:30 AM

Work on pending tasks. After you have finished going through your inbox, it's time to work on achieving your daily goals. These tasks could range from arranging service calls, approving reports, troubleshooting with a Field Advisor, and more.

10:45 AM

Meet with the Talent Acquisition team. Connect with the team to review candidates.

11:15 AM

Check in with Field Advisors. Ensure that all Field Advisors are on schedule and make calls to check in with your team.

12:00 PM

Eat lunch. Grab a bite to eat and get to know the newly onboarded Field Advisors training at HQ.

1:00 PM

Team meeting. Meet with the Service team and Director of Operations to discuss schedules, new teammates joining, and any tweaks to current procedures.

2:15 PM

Schedule service calls. Organize new service calls that have arisen during the day.

3:30 PM

Catch up on goals for the day. Approve reports, review audit sheets, and update your personal goal tracker.

4:00 PM

Final check-in. Check that all Field Advisors are on schedule and address any last-minute client requests that come in.

5:00 PM

Closeout for the day. Finish any outstanding urgent tasks and then it's time to head home.

Brandon Reed Started As: Service Coordinator Current Position: Director of HR/People

After serving as a Service Coordinator for a little over three years, Brandon transitioned to the HR/People department. He demonstrated that with his Service management experience and commitment to helping his teammates, he was a great fit for the role. Brandon excelled within the department and is now the Director of HR/People. He is responsible for the career development and employee experience for our nationwide team.

Danny Wilk Started As: Service Coordinator Current Position: Project Manager

Beginning as a Service Coordinator, Danny assisted clients by answering service requests and gained knowledge about the commercial roofing industry. By gaining relevant experience and honing his leadership skills, he grew into becoming a Project Manager and currently oversees projects across the country.

Deima Bagdonaviciute Started As: Accounting Associate Current Position: Staff Accountant

Starting with little to no experience in finance, Deima joined the team as an Accounting Associate and quickly excelled in her role. Now working remotely as a Staff Accountant, Deima has decided to advance her career even further and obtain her CPA.
