How We Partner: Restoring Restaurant Roofs
We recently completed a roof repair at a McDonald’s restaurant in Arizona with the help of partner Tropical Roofing Products. They are headquartered just north of Miami in Hallandale, FL and are a national manufacturer of fluid applied roofing solutions such as silicone roof coating, asphalt roof coating, polyurethane spray foam, and many more. Our crew began this project by pressure washing to prepare for the repair. They then completed the project with Tropical’s high solids silicone coating, at a rate of 1.5 gallons/100 square feet to all roof fields, parapet walls, and curb surfaces.
During the project, Foreman Oskar Abad commented that. Tropical not only delivered new products from their manufacturer but their representatives were on site with extra materials incase we needed it.
